SINOPSIS El barrio de Ajami en Jaffa es un crisol de culturas y diferentes puntos de vista entre judíos, musulmanes y cristianos. Echando la vista atrás y a través de diferentes personajes somos testigos de lo insostenible que se está convirtiendo esta situación: Nasri, un chico de 13 años que vive atemorizado; Malek, un refugiado palestino que trabaja en Israel ilegalmente; Binj, un palestino rico que sueña con un futuro brillante junto a su novia judía, y Dando, un policía judío obsesionado con encontrar a su hermano desaparecido.
